About this House
This beautiful family friendly waterfront home is a slice of paradise in the highly desirable Connors neighborhood in the Vanderbilt Beach area of Naples, Florida.
This newly renovated home features three bedrooms, a den, three full baths, an expansive lanai, and a large pool. This home truly is a dream! It is quiet, private, quaint, spacious, and very clean!
Southern exposure makes for a sunny pool all day. With plenty of outdoor space, you can lounge by the pool, sit out on the dock and fish, watch for manatees and dolphins, and take in the beautiful sunset. If you prefer the beach, walk .8 miles to Vanderbilt Beach or Wiggins State Park.
Just minutes away is The Mercato with many shops, bars, and restaurants. Grocery and Liquor Stores such as Whole Foods, WalMart, Publix, and Trader Joe's are all within one mile.
This is a quiet neighborhood and noise on the water travels, so no house parties allowed, and being courteous to the neighbors after dark is expected.
This is a one month minimum rental. Being that Naples is very "seasonal", the rental price changes based on the month/season. Rental prices are as follows:
June, July, August: $8,000/month
September, October, November: $10,000/month
December: $12,000/month
January: $15,000/month
February, March: $20,000/month
April, May: $15,000/month
Owners and renters will sign a rental agreement. This will state the duration of the lease, payment terms, security deposit, cancellation policy, etc.
Respectfully, we would prefer no small children in the home. Our rental home is designer for people who are going to be exceptionally neat and tidy, and respectful of the home.
We do not allow pets of any kind.
Smoking is now allowed in the house.
