"Very very friendly and well kept up neighborhood. Everyone helps each other. Great senior center and I love the library. It has wonderful programs also. Their website is the best. Des plaines has wonderful schools. Very easy to reach anywhere because of being close to the airport. We also have access to many major highways. Metra is easy to get to here for access to downtown."

"Lots of kids play in the front yards and even meet up in the small park by the townhouses. It’s a safe area, just teach your kids to look both ways before crossing the street since a good amount of cars go in and out from all around. Especially near downtown Des Plaines."

"not much going on. needs more restaurants and activities . maybe when streets are finished the town will come back to life. mov ie theater downtown will help when its finished. "
