About this House

Incredible value for this renovated apartment in a triple decker house. The kitchen and bathroom have high end finishes beyond what you normally see in rentals, especially in this price range. The unit is about to get a fresh paint job and refinished hardwood floors, but already shows well. The rooms are all good sized -- no tiny bedroom to fight over here. The front room was originally a gigantic living room and has been converted to a bedroom - or could be an incredible study or additional living space if you wanted to use the apartment as a three bedroom. The dining room is also enormous and has a built in electric fireplace. Amazing kitchen and full size stack washer and dryer in the pantry off the kitchen - and there is also additional storage space in the pantry. One off street parking spot is included! Very close to the Green line at Gilman Square and less than a mile to Assembly Square. Easy access to 93. Dogs and Cats are ok with solid references, though there may be some breed limitations.
