Upstairs has a master with full bathroom and 2 ample closets. 2nd bedroom has a balcony & lake views. No basement. The lake can be enjoyed by using the dock. Boats must be stored off site but can use the dock. Large deck can be enjoyed for all sorts of outdoor fun and the small grassy area features a firepit. Rear walkway and patio are pavers. 2 window units for air cooling. 2nd floor is electric heat. Please note, with the exception of the front stairs and rear patio are consider common spaces shared between the two houses. Alterations and use as storage is not allowed. Exceptions will be made in the summer for storage of kayaks or canoes, but these must be removed from the property in the fall to allow winter storage of the dock. House wired for satellite. Required to lease: credit check, security deposit, proof of income, application, references, tenant must have renters insurance. Parking for 2 cars. No pets; will not be considered. I found a top administrator, new to our community, to be belligerent and combative in discussion rather than professional as we used to have with a prior individual.I found their demeanor, way of speaking and responses extremely troubling. In the case of my concern, proper processes were not followed. When I attempted to advocate for my childs rights, respectfully, it appears - in my opinion - that this individual directly retaliated and did something very questionable. I feel they are not a safe, kind or truthful person. The retaliation continued afterward as well.No parent should feel that advocating for their child could result in retaliation. This persons behavior actually made me fear for my childs safety in the school as they are in a high position of power and I feel they want to retaliate further.
