Charming one bedroom unit in well-maintained historic home. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and an easy walk to downtown or the waterfront. Large rooms with wood floors and tall windows providing lots of light. Heat and hot water are included. Laundry in the building. There is on-site plowed parking for one vehicle. We are looking for a clean, quiet and responsible tenant. Sorry no dogs or smoking allowed.

    "Family friendly neighborhood and even the streets can be used as playgrounds. Especially Glencove has a geometry that keeps all cars below the 25 mph speed limit and since the street goes nowhere, just loops back to Saratoga, low volume of traffic. "
