Partially furnished. Oven, Glass cooktop with fan, large microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dining table set, outdoor furniture set. 3rd bedroom has a Day bed & trundle (2 twin Sealy mattresses)

Laundry room with washer, dryer is private and not shared.

Located 20 minutes from Honolulu, 20 minutes from Kailua, quiet, serene and the best kept secret on Oahu. The oceanfront is not a sandy beach. However the best beaches are 15 - 25 minutes away.

Only 8 minutes from new Target store and Windward Mall.

The last 3 guests commented "The pictures do not do this place justice" (because panoramic pictures does not fit the Airbnb picture format you only get a tunnel vision of how breathtaking this oceanfront property really is) Over 180 degrees of oceanfront/horizon/mountain views

Please note this is a single family residence not a condominium. The kitchen area alone might be as large as some studio condos.

FYI: Our neighbor's home just sold for $3 Million... very upscale neighborhood

Not recommended for young children who cannot swim as there are no railing for parts of the dock. There is no air conditioning, however it is not needed when trade winds are blowing. No pets allowed as a courtesy to our future guests.

There is an upscale studio above the garage currently rented to a quiet considerate guest. The garage is shared with this guest.
