Complete yard care is provided and is included in the monthly rent.
Tenant is responsible for watering and keeping yard green throughout the long hot summer months. Sprinkler system in front yard.

No smoking inside or outside, medical or recreational. No growing, medical or recreational. This home offers everything that might help you enjoy everyday living.

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
