We are a professional couple who take excellent care of our homes and are seeking an equally professional tenant. No pets. Tenant pays gas and we pay refuse service, snow removal, and electric.     "Some dogs are escape artists and run the street, pooping in other peoples yards. The owners don’t bother to try to clean up. It’s too woodsy. Most people are very respectful with their animals. Walking them on leash and making sure they aren’t causing others problems."

Settlers Bay is a beautiful high-end neighborhood but KGB is a very dangerous road. The state plans on putting more funding into making the road safer, so in the future it won’t be so bad. "
