About this House

This loft apartment is above our garage with its own entrance and is down a quiet safe street on three acres. It is completely furnished including linens and kitchenware. There is a nice storage room for any personal items you may have. It is only a year old, our last tenant was here a year. It is good for one person. We can go month to month but prefer at least 6 months. It is perfect for someone looking for a quiet place to land. In the past we've had visiting professors, Camp Pendleton employees and people in transition. Please send a bit about yourself and what you are looking for for.
