The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with bathtub. The washer/dryer are on the first floor. Recently repainted throughout the home, with new carpet in bedrooms, and vinyl plank flooring in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has freshly painted cabinets, wall oven, and nice counter space. A new electric heat pump was recently installed. Bedrooms have electric strip heat in the ceilings with thermostats in each room for back up. Large front porch with swing to sit and relax. Screened in porch on the back of house overlooking a large yard with a pear tree and mature pecan trees. Great area for a small garden. Wonderful family home. Great location, just minutes from New Bern or the Pamlico County line. Ceiling in bedrooms are just under 7".
