If you need to leave earlier, I will need a month's notice. I am looking for someone to stay here for at least 6 months minimum and welcome anyone wanting to stay here longer. Couples, students, working professionals, single parents with children are all welcome to apply.
Smoking policies: vaping is ok, cigarette smoke needs to be done outside.
I will collaborate with the potential roommate to create a roommate's agreement and will have it notarized so boundaries can be acknowledged and respected. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your room and assisting with the shared responsibility of keeping the common area clean.
