Community amenities include a full gym, pool, and jacuzzi, and the townhome's total size is 1,222 sq. ft., offering plenty of shared space without feeling crowded. Location is a major perk: you're directly across from The Shops at Dos Lagos, within easy walking distance to Trader Joe's and other shopping, dining, and entertainment options making errands and nights out simple without a long drive.

I am the current Tennant. The leasing office will require you to undergo a credit check/background check before adding you to the lease. You will not be penalized for leaving the lease early when given sufficient notice. Without utilities, the lease per month is $1327.50. With utilities, depending on usage, it's about $1500. There are two cats that live here, and I dogsit a German Sheppard about 2 to 3x per year.

My lease is up in July of 2027. I have been approved to stay here on my own, so you will not be penalized for leaving the lease early if needed. If you need to leave earlier, I will need a month's notice. I am looking for someone to stay here for at least 6 months minimum and welcome anyone wanting to stay here longer. Couples, students, working professionals, single parents with children are all welcome to apply.

Smoking policies: vaping is ok, cigarette smoke needs to be done outside.

I will collaborate with the potential roommate to create a roommate's agreement and will have it notarized so boundaries can be acknowledged and respected. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your room and assisting with the shared responsibility of keeping the common area clean.

Generally, with the other utilities (water/power/gas/drinking water/wifi), the total monthly cost is around $1500. Your portion of the lease is $1327.50.
