"It is nice to have all the trails close by and convenient shopping within walking distance. It is also very quiet and you do see wildlife at times. Generally people do look out for each other. Very dog friendly. The association keeps the trails and area very well maintained "

"Klahanie was one of the first master planned communities in the Seattle area. We are original owners, and have lived here for 30 years. Klahanie has parks, a lake, trails, sidewalks and 2 pools. It is a great place to raise a family. Schools are good, and it's quite safe."
