This simple and cozy studio has what you need while you are traveling, visiting or looking for the next place. A comfy queen memory foam bed, a small dresser, a place to hang your clothes, a little fold out love seat, a streaming tv, two lounging chairs, a dining table that can double as a work space. The kitchenette has a medium refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and induction stove tope. There is no oven. The bathroom has a shower/ tub.
No stairs, all one walkway.
This space is ideal for one person but can consider two for the right fit. We do not allow pets of any kind. Not smoker friendly.

    "There are a few hiking spots close by, there is a nice running trail that runs alongside the canal and Camelback Rd. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
