Rent includes water and sewer. Tenant pays trash, electric, and gas. This property has a large backyard with room for gardening. There's a laundry/mud room with washer and dryer hookups and a garage for parking or extra storage. To inquire about this rental or to schedule a showing please contact our leasing office. Showings are scheduled between Mondays and Saturdays from 11 AM to 4 PM based on availability. We have to provide at least 24 hour's notice to our current tenants for showings. There are no gated neighborhoods nearby, so we can freely walk the dog through a variety of interesting neighborhoods and visit several pocket parks. There are also a couple vet hospitals and several veterinary doctors practicing near us. There are also some really cool pet shops with dog food, treats, and toys for purchase."
