5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers in this school are creative, dedicated, and have foresight about what today's students need to prepare for tomorrow's careers and jobs. Their Back to the Future unit started with an historical look at development of a technology and its implications for society, the economy, the environment, global impact and other aspects influenced by the technology. From there, they explored aspects of the future from the vantage point of currently emerging technologies. This unit ends with an assignment in which students create scenarios and identify entrepreneurial opportunities that will be in demand in the future. As a Syracuse University professor, I look forward to having students like this in my classroom four years from now, if only more schools were as creative and innovative as OHMS.Other Review11y ago4 Reviews - Westhill High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI often felt ignored by administrators and counselors, especially one in particular who enjoyed making children's lives more difficult her life's mission. I felt prepared for college not because of high school but because of my own dedication. The school does not recognize outside achievements well, if at all. I was arguably the most involved student in my grade, sports not withstanding and was never acknowledged by admin the same way athletic achievements were. I felt my mental health suffer and received very little support.Other Review6y ago3 Reviews - Walberta Park Primary School
