Living room is wide open floor plan with large kitchen with kitchen island, brand new floors throughout (say goodbye to carpets) beautifully renovated shared bathroom as well as half bath, open loft, and great company (me!). Access to park and walking paths within 5 minutes walking distance, and bus stop 3 minutes walking distance.

This is a no smoking indoors home. Utilities are equally split among tenants. Shared living space is fully furnished, so no room for additional furniture. Be respectful of the property and personal items. Tenants are required to clean after themselves. Lease is listed at 6 months, but I'm always happy to extend that should the interest be there. Official lease agreement to be presented upon request.

    "We have really enjoyed this neighborhood in the 5 years we have been here. Most of the riff raff was to the east of us and has been chased out - we have had zero issues. Our neighbors are friendly, tidy and we look out for each other when on vacation. I enjoy that this is walking distance to the hospital where I work, Haggen and easy I-5 access. Mountain Views are amazing in the morning when the sun is coming up. Quiet, non dog barking, non screaming kid neighborhood. If you buy in our neighborhood I hope you like living here as much as we do. Happy house hunting!"
