About this House

We've lived in this home for 8 years now and taken care of everything very well. Both bathrooms have been redone, one just last summer, both AC units replaced in 2018, pool was resurfaced in 2018. quiet, charming cul-de-sac in Arcadia Lite, walking distance from many amenities.

We will pay for lawn care and pool care, no charge to tenant.

Renter pays for electricity and water.

Move in date May 1.

Tenant pays for water gas and electric.

Landlord pays for lawn care and pool care, no cost to the tenant.

    "There are a few hiking spots close by, there is a nice running trail that runs alongside the canal and Camelback Rd. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
