About this House

Beautifully renovated first floor corner unit in a 4plex building located minutes from Downtown, Uptown and lower Greenville! Large one bed, one bath unit that is approximately 740 SF.

Gated parking just steps from the back entrance of the unit with one assigned spot and an automatic opener. Hardwood floors in the living and bedroom, tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Energy efficient windows and blinds were installed to keep energy usage low. Ceiling fans are also in each room. Central heat and AC.

All appliances included, gas stove, full size fridge, full size washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, disposal.

Can also provide video of the unit upon request.

Monthly rent is $1,200.00 with WATER included! Tenant would be responsible for electric, gas, internet/cable, etc.

Lease is 12 months. Max 2 occupants. Free application required per occupant over 18 yrs old and proof of income is required per applicant! The rent is due on the 1st of every month, first month rent is prorated based on move in date. Pets allowed with landlord approval and additional deposit. Depending on move-in date, I may be able to work with you on the timing of the deposit.

I can usually have the unit available for a same day self-guided tour with enough notice.

Will only hold the unit up to 35 days after approval.
