A cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom attached casita/in-law apartment close to the Phoenix airport and Papago Park is available for rent. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. 15 minutes to downtown Phoenix; 10 minutes to old town Scottsdale. Convenient to ASU.

The owner lives on site in the main house, and the apartment is on the side of the house with a separate entrance. The ideal tenant is someone quiet who won't disturb the neighbors. Working from home is fine, as long as you don't have customers or clients coming to the premises.

You would have access to the backyard, which includes a fire pit and hot tub, shared with the main house. There is ample driveway parking. Utilities (electricity, gas, water, garbage, internet) are included. Washer and dryer are in the unit. There is a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, two burner stove, microwave, and toaster oven.

No indoor smoking, no drugs. $1000 deposit. Pets are welcome, with a $250 non-refundable pet cleaning fee.

    "There are a few hiking spots close by, there is a nice running trail that runs alongside the canal and Camelback Rd. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."
