Congrats on finding us! We are a small business that prioritizes tenant experience, customer service, and speedy maintenance calls. We pride ourselves on being more personalized than large rental companies, and more service oriented than other small operations. Bottom line, we want our tenants to have the best possible service and feel valued and welcomed, because they are! We also operate 6 total units throughout the valley, so feel free to inquire about other homes.

Welcome to your new home! This 2 bedroom 1 bath two story town home features carpet and tile flooring throughout, natural wood kitchen cabinets, updated bathroom, and a private fenced yard.

Appliances Included: Fridge, Stove/Oven

The resident is responsible for the following utilities: Electric: SRP, Water: City of Phoenix

Pets: We are very pet friendly! Only dogs and cats are considered pets for this purpose. If you have a pet, there is a one-time pet fee of $200 that is refundable upon move out.

Parking: The unit comes with two off street parking spots. Additional vehicles need to be parked in the common area parking and are on a first come first serve basis.

Income Requirement: Must make at least $3625 or greater per month (before taxes). This can be met by the combined income of all residents. This can be waived to an extent with payment of increased security deposit.

Credit requirement: Must have a 600 credit score or better. This only needs to be met by one resident. This can also be waived by payment of increased security deposit, slightly increased rent payment, or bank records showing adequate savings.

Background check requirement: Must have no evictions or criminal record within the last 7 years. This cannot be waived.

Move-In Costs
1st Month's Rent: $1,450 (any prorations are due the following month if applicable)
Security Deposit: $1,450
Pet Fee (if applicable): $200
Total Move-In (not including pet fees if applicable): $2,900
