"This neighborhood is at a prime location right in the cultural heart of the city...by the Nelson-Atkins, Kemper, KCAI, Stowers Institute, Kauffman Foundation and UMKC. Oh...and the Country Club Plaza is a short walk away. Rockhill is rich with history and is closeknit. The only drawbacks might be ...even though it is a prime location for the mentioned cultural spots...it is right on the edge of a high crime area and I'm unsure of the public school district"
