Large shed on the property is locked and not to be used by tenants. Tenants are welcome to bring their own shed (up to 10ft by 15ft) to the property.

No Smoking in or on property. Up to 3 pets OK as long as they are fixed (spayed/neutered) and NOT outside the yard off-leash, up to 3 HORSES OK. There is no barn, but you could build one. The large shed on the property is locked and not to be used by tenants. Tenants are welcome to bring their own shed up to 10ft by 15ft.

Landlord pays: Garbage & Recycling and weekly yard waste pickup through Hillsborough County, outdoor plant-watering service approximately every week, water (private well with water conditioning system maintained by Culligan), sewer (private septic), professional pest control preventative service, termite prevention service, lawn service (grass cuts and edging), and INTERNET/wifi service with Spectrum.

Tenant pays electric (to TECO) and tenant is responsible for keeping the landscaping and flower beds neat (weeded) and presentable.
