You will see the laundry space, a work room, and a large open basement area waiting for your finishing touches. A Generac generator protects the sump pumps, furnace, refrigerator in the kitchen and some additional plugs. It covers 1/2 of the house. Walk to the backyard, and you will find a 20 x 20 workshop with heating and air conditioning. This building is made of fire retardant material and was used for a tool sharpening business. The house has a metal roof and is under warranty by Erie Construction. The fireplace was cleaned about two years ago and since then only had one fire since this cleaning. The yard is fenced in for your pets and has a gate for the garage and shop access.

    "If you want to live in a community where your neighbors are more like family, and your children will have an endless supply of friends to play with, then Deerfield is the place. We've lived here for 5 years and love it. Everyone is kind and inviting. The only downside is the gun range, which is not moving any time soon. But honestly, after 5 years, we hardly notice the noise. But the nature and people surrounding us make up for it."
