This unit was completely remodeled one year ago. All appliances are one year old and top of the line. The kitchen has 15 cabinets you will not find a kitchen renovated to this level typically. The backyard has a deck and hot tub and a garden where we are growing vegetables for all of us. We are less than 5 minutes from downtown lagrange and the metra station.

Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for electric and gas. Rent is due first 5 days of each month. 3 or 6 month leases are negotiable. Parking, laundry use of hot tub, sauna included.

I live on a ok street except we are the corner house and there is a truck company right next to us. So it gets loud at times. Our neighbor in the back plays loud music and shoots fireworks at night when we try to sleep, but the parks are well maintained, and nice."
