Room Description

Renting a spacious room in my 2 story home, for immediate move in. Looking for a financialy responsible drama free individual, drug free and a non-smoker. 750 monthly + 750 deposit (can split deposit over 3 pay periods). Electricity, water, gas, high speed internet, and cable are all included with the rent. Located in the Trails Subdivision, one of Kyle's nicest neighborhoods just off Philomena drive, 5 minutes from HEBPLUS/Costco/Walmart/Downtown Kyle. Easy access to I-35 and 1626, 3 min from ACC Hays, Just 12 miles from TX State University, San Marcos and just 15 miles to Austin.
Room is furnished with a Queen size bed or full size bed, or you can take out furniture. Only serious inquiries please. If interested message me or call me.
