These provisions are intended to keep the property well-maintained and provide tenants with a comfortable and properly serviced home throughout the lease term.

**Pets are not permitted on the property without prior written approval from the landlord.** Any request to have a pet will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the landlord's approval. If a pet is approved, the tenant will be required to pay an additional **monthly pet fee
