About this House

This fully furnished house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a big fenced backyard for your pup to enjoy via the dog door (good for small- to medium-sized dogs; can be closed securely). Relax and watch the smart TV from the comfy couch or zero-gravity chair. Enjoy tons of prep space in the open-concept kitchen, newly remodeled with new stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to cook and serve meals: cookware, utensils, baking supplies, Sodastream, full knife set

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and black-out curtains. The very comfy Purple mattress has a frame that raises and lowers via remote control. The primary bath has a full-size step-in rain shower and plenty of shelving for storing toiletries.

The second bedroom features a queen latex mattress (similar to memory foam, great for hot sleepers), smart TV, dresser, and large closet, and is right next to the hall bathroom with lighted mirror, full-size step-in shower, and lots of cabinet storage. Both bathrooms feature bidets -- if you're not a convert yet, just give it a try :-)

The office features a desk and squishy office chair, a nice big window for light, and its own bookshelf and full-size closet. Google Fiber serves the house with fast Wi-Fi.

All rooms have ceiling fans, and the house runs on a smart thermostat. Feel free to use the set of dumbbells in the living room. There's a full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room, and an extra refrigerator in the garage.

French doors in the living room lead out onto an enormous deck and a fenced backyard, great for playing fetch with the pup.

Minimum 6 month lease. All bills paid with reasonable usage. $50 application fee required. No smoking or vaping.

"Loose dogs very very frequently to the point where it’s not safe to take my own for walks alone (loose dogs have attacked in the area)"
  • Amy J.
"There are lots of fast cars and loud parties so watch out for that. Every time I take my kid for a walk, I have to pick up trash on the street. That being said, the two local parks I go to are AWESOME!"
  • Luna W.
"Classes at the Dove Springs Rec for all ages and interests! The new renovation is suppose to have even better space for a multitude of activities."

"People walk their dogs around the neighborhood. Its nice. Lots of friendly dog owners, others keep to themselves. Although it looks like a lot of them don’t pick up after dogs."
  • Jennmcdavitt
"the neighborhood is alright. it's better than it used to be that's for sure. unfortunately people aren't very social but it could def be worse"
  • Chanda
"Families mix of old and new. Parks schools and stores close by. Close to all major highways. They are still building new houses great neighborhood "
  • anne s.
"Have lived here for 25 years and raised a child here at these schools. The neighborhood likeability has gone up and down over the years. Some sections can get trashy, but with more owners action would be great. Location is a hidden gem!"
