Appliances Not Included are: microwave will need to be tenant supplied if so desired.
Seasonal weed abatement to be done at owner's discretion.
Utilities Not Included, which will be tenant responsibility, are: Electric through SDG&E, Gas through Fallbrook Propane Co, Water through Rainbow Water Dist, and Trash Service through Fallbrook Refuse EDCO.
This home has electric Heat, no AC, and a Whole House/Attic Fan Installed, and is on Septic, please note any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant's responsibility during the lease, be careful what goes down all drains.
The Large Patio Table & Bench, as well as outdoor barstools, as seen in pictures will also be left with the home for tenant's use (as-is, no owner warranty). The shed on the side of the house will be locked for owner and landscaper's use only, this shed does not convey with the lease please note.
Please call your Internet or TV providers ahead of time to make sure they can and will serve this address if interested, it is your responsibility to check on this before applying or signing a lease, Thank you. Owners previously used Internet: San Diego Broadband (AT&T did not work well for them they stated), they also used TV via Internet (no cable, the only other option would be to get a Dish-provided service).
