"We just moved in but all of our neighbors have been so welcoming and lovely. Many have lived in the neighborhood for decades. Homes are well kept with mature trees. It’s also a very dog friendly place!"

"Peaceful. Part of Browncroft area which prohibits multifamily rentals. Beautiful in the summer with large treed lots and streets. Secluded, but near lots of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. This are has a low/no crime rate, a little know secret. Houses will likely rise in cost over the next few years. Houses for sale stay on the market for less than a month and usually sell within a week of being listed.."
