About this House

Hello. I own this multi-family home in Buffalo (Kaisertown). This was our personal apartment for 4 years. This two bedroom upper apartment is newly refreshed with stainless steel appliances, new windows, new flooring & paint throughout. There is plenty of off street parking in the driveway. Two cars for the downstairs and two for upstairs. There is a large privacy fenced in yard with covered patio, outdoor tv & vegetable garden space. Gas & Electric are not included & need to be paid by the tenant. Washer and dryer available in basement. This setup is unique as the apartment is currently fully furnished with new furniture, beds, tvs & washer dryer in the basement. Willing to either remove the furniture or work something out to include the furniture and all utilities in the apartment. Looking for the right long term or semi long term quiet tenant that would keep the apartment looking good. If you know that would not be the case please don't waste both of our time as it has to be reasonable noise levels. Please have a minimum household income of 3k to be considered. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. No large dogs as it's not an ideal setup for one. Everyone over 18 must living in the apartment must pass background check. Message with any questions. Thank you.

Month to month lease. This is done to protect you if not happy and me if things don't go as planned. I would never not renew a lease unless there was a problem. I have had long term tenants on month to month for 8+ years. Ask if any questions.

"I have lived here for like 4 years . I love this area . People are so friendly but nowadays some new people are coming and they are bothering sometimes "
  • Trulia User
"I don't know of any events, but it was really nice to see the whole neighborhood out and helping one another to dig out their cars after a bad snowstorm. Even neighbors I hadn't yet met, helped me to dig out my sister's car and then tow mine out (it was really stuck). Another neighbor helped me to maneuver to park as well (my tires kept getting stuck, lol). Everyone was friendly and worked well together."
  • Gennaanne
"Lived here my whole life, slowly going down hill though. Used to be filled with tons of elderly , but all in out it’s a good family neighborhood "
  • Tomera C.
"A lot of people have dogs in the neighborhood I live in. People often walk their dogs on my block. But you have to be careful because some dogs aren't on a leash. "
  • Hashbrownk
"Dont move here, neighborhood is getting bad. People are pigs garbage everywhere, taxes for zero services. you will wait days for a plow. drugs everywhere, getting very scary, I dont even let my kids play outside in the yard. Nothing like it use to be, very very sad."
  • A.G.

  • Tiffany R.
"Theres a park within walking distance. but neighbors ariund here have a tendency not to pick up after their dogs when they walk them. and most dogs are not leashed. very hard to walk my dog because of that."
  • Mmjf199419
"I've lived here for 2 years and it's quiet and nice. people are very kind. I know both my neighbors and they're nothing but kind. "
  • Mmackrell5177
"this neighborhood is turning into a nightmare. druggies everywhere i will be selling my home in a few years."
  • Madison L.
"There is a variety of residents - young couples, families, old couples, young friends living as roommates etc... It is rich in culture. "
  • Danielleann1978
"I would have liked to go to the open house today but there was not one parking spot available. I took that as a sign. "
  • Donvaldino
"Neighborhood is great, the problem is too many landlords are buying single houses and turning them into duplexes. Because of this parking is limited, too many cars on a block. A landlords greed for extra income, becomes everyone else's inconvenience. "
  • Swtrck
"THIS IS A GREAT AREA FOR RETIREES AND PEOPLE WHOS RAISING A FAMILY THE MAJORITY ARE HOME OWNERS."
