Description

House is being sold as is. The house needs complete renovation inside. The yard goes from Cantrell drive all of the way back to Lambert Drive. Roof needs to be replaced. One full bathroom (tub with shower, toilet, and sink). Ceramic tile on bath floor and shower area.
Two bedrooms ( decent square footage) both easily big enough to comfortably fit queen size beds with no issue. Both bedrooms have closets.
There is a fireplace in living room. Living room has original hardwood floors. Smaller room off living room could be used as a smaller bedroom, office, or large laundry room.
Kitchen does not have counters/cabinets. Kitchen floor is ceramic tile. The washer hookup is in the kitchen. This is a eat-in kitchen. Rear entrance door opens out to the backyard deck.

The house is located about 1.5 miles from the Fort Benning National Infantry Museum Gate and about 5-6 miles from Fort Benning Main Gate.

    "I grew up in this area and I moved back around a yr ago. It has deteriorated over the yrs,sadly. The south side has alot of violence:shootings,drugs,break-ins and gang violence. There has been a few shootings recently in oakland park. There is a good bit of abandoned houses in the neighborhood. We definitely keep the doors locked. The schools are terrible,If we stay in the area will be hard-shipping my kids or home schooling next yr. "
