Paved streets, street lighting, playground, and on-site full time management. Common areas are all maintained by our full time maintenance personnel who keep our community looking beautiful.
We are pet friendly! (Breed restrictions: no pit bulls, Dobermans, rottweilers, chows, etc.) Pets on approval only with $400 non-refundable pet fee
Requirements:
Application Fee of $55 ($20 Credit Check/ $35 Background check)
Credit Score minimum is 575 to rent or 600 to Rent-To-Own
No felonies No prior evictions
Minimum 6 months on the job, or proof of continuous job history.
