Calling all INVESTORS/HANDYMEN!! This home is being sold as-is, where-is, no repairs will be made by seller. Anything left in the home at closing conveys to the buyer. If you're seriously looking for a project house, or your next flip this one's for you! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage POOL home sits on 1/3 acre and has an amazing water view from the back yard! The home has a newer water heater and a spacious indoor laundry room. In addition to the large living and dining room, there is a large family room. Now here's what is needed with the home. The AC doesn't work and hasn't worked for years, instead window units were put in. According to Hernando County Permit Records, the last reroof was in December of 2003. There is staining in the garage that may be indicative of a roof leak. The pool is black. I did have a chance to power on the pump and it does power up but I don't know if it's salvageable. The home is on Septic. We know nothing about its condition or when it was last serviced. There is a well on the side of the home, probably for sprinklers, but buyer to verify. I do not know whether or not it works. It is not known whether or not the kitchen appliances work.
