The home has 3 roomy bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, including an en suite bathroom connected to/accessible from the master bedroom. There's plenty of space to relax in the living room and adjacent dining area. Kitchen includes stainless steel fridge and dishwasher.

Wall heat and central air conditioning keep the temperature comfortable all year long. There is also a fully enclosed back and side yard (pets allowed!) with storage shed. Oversized garage and workshop area are a welcome bonus with additional carport parking out front.

Utilities: Tenants must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power, water/sewer, garbage and internet/cable if desired.

Laundry: Home comes with washer and dryer hooks (tenants provide washer/dryer).

Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping. We can provide a reasonable option for routine landscape maintenance if you don't wish to maintain the landscaping yourself.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.

First-Come, First-Serve: We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $45 per adult applicant.

Financial Responsibility: Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.

    "Gets busy but not horrible. Buses run pretty well. Some express buses. Fair amount of stops. Connects with Eugene easily. The rush hour is usually 30 minutes unless there is an accident or other delay. But, if possible, I would take the bus. The roads are getting busier as time goes on."

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
