The third bedroom could be a perfect junior bedroom, guest room, or multipurpose office space for those who work from home. The kitchen is perfect for families and has plenty of room for a dining room table or breakfast nook. The dishwasher and fridge are new and in perfect working condition.
The pool is a resort style pool with fence and pool alarm for families with young children, as well as a beautiful patio and grill for outdoor evenings. The property does have single car garage with parking available, as well as single driveway. Parking is allowed on street in this neighborhood as well, so plenty of parking is available.

Overall a great environment and absolutely well worthwhile HOA fees of only 129 dollars monthly. Finally, no CDD and reasonable tax rate for the many services rendered. "
