Log Cabin in the highly desirable quiet subdivision of Crockett's Meadow. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, dining room, living room and loft/office. Private Jaccuzzi on deck. Large wrap around deck. Fully furnished, including the kitchen with dishes and pots and pans etc. Towels, sheets and blankets furnished as well. Just bring your personal items. High speed internet available through several providers. High speed internet included in rent. Lawn service and garbage pickup included in the rent. Electric, water and gas not included. Roads maintained by the city so snow removal is done promptly. The elk also call Crocketts meadow home so expect to see lots of them roaming the neighborhood.

Background check will be required of all tenants that will be living in the house. I use Transunion and there will be a $47 fee for that.

Month to Month leases are also available.
