High speed internet available through several providers. High speed internet included in rent. Lawn service and garbage pickup included in the rent. Electric, water and gas not included. Roads maintained by the city so snow removal is done promptly. The elk also call Crocketts meadow home so expect to see lots of them roaming the neighborhood.

Background check will be required of all tenants that will be living in the house. I use Transunion and there will be a $47 fee for that.

Month to Month leases are also available.
