This home has a nice sized yard, and is on a quiet street with respectful, nice neighbors. It is over 1100sqft. Tile flooring is laid throughout the home. Both spare rooms are at the opposite end of the home from the master. Both bathrooms are good sized, full baths with tub/shower combos. The kitchen comes with a stove/oven and fridge/freezer. We provide the W/D hook-ups and tenant provides W/D. All appliances are electric with Duke Energy Progress utilities. The home has well water and septic. This home is in the Southern Nash and Middlesex Elementary School Districts. Close to Wilson, Raleigh and Rocky Mount. We do accept pets. We have a 2 pet per home, maximum. All pets must be indoor pets, and remain under 40# when full grown. Some breeds are restricted. The security deposit is $517 and due at lease signing. A 1 year lease will be signed. After 1 year, the lease has the option to be renewed.Tenant is responsible for rent, Duke Energy Progress utilities, and any phone, internet and cable bills. BD Morgan Inc will provide well water and septic.
