About this House

Amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Flagstaff. The home features newer updates in the kitchen and bathrooms along with central heating and a wood burning stove. There is hardwood flooring throughout the home. The house can be separated into two separated floors (2 bedroom and 1 bathroom upstairs/1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs with kitchens on each floor) as well although we would like to rent as 1 unit. This home has lots of great character and we will be looking for tenants to enjoy and continue to care for our home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Pets considered with a $25 monthly pet fee. $2,900/month rent with a $2,900 security deposit required. Only serious tenant applications will be considered for home showing. This property is landlord managed.

It definitely doesn't feel like your typical mobile home community. It's cheap to live here, but everyone takes pride in their homes. Great place for people with families and for retired people too. The lots are huge and there's tons of trees for privacy. It's right on the side of a mountain, so there's lots of wildlife and hiking trails around the community. "
