We have a nicely renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Florida "shotgun" style cottage for rent. It was originally built in the late 1930's and completely renovated in 2006. Wood floors, granite kitchen counters, travertine tile and counters in bathrooms. There is a fenced in backyard with a 10x10 storage shed/workshop/hobby space with electricity. Not in flood zone. Made it through both hurricanes Matthew and Irma without damage or high water.

The house is located just minutes from downtown Saint Augustine and minutes from Vilano beach. It's on the north side of Saint Augustine so it's not a bad commute to south JAX either.
