Room Description

Find your new spot at this brand new, 4-bed, 2-bath home off of US-1, which is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown St. Augustine, 15 minutes from the World Golf Village, and 20 minutes from Nocatee and Bartram Park!

Your room would include a desk, nightstand, TV, and private closet, and I could also provide a bed and other furniture if needed. You'll have access to all the amenities of the home, including the kitchen (fridge, oven, range, dishwasher, and cabinet space), living room, full private bathroom, and parking. All utilities are included in the rent. The room for rent is the master bedroom.

This rental is ideal for single professionals, college students, and other young folks who work in the St. Augustine area, and are looking for a convenient but quiet location. The home is currently move-in ready, and we can arrange a full-year lease, month-to-month, or something in between depending on your needs.

I am looking for a 12-month lease, but depending on your needs, I am happy to negotiate a shorter lease or month-to-month terms.
