The basement is carpeted and has an in-unit laundry and drier. The backyard is half cement and half grass. There is a one car parking garage that is attached to the house and a one car driveway. There is extra parking on the street. Assessment fees are included in the rent, which pays for the pool, lawn care and trash. The schools are continuing to improve and surprise me. Wheeling high school is now an excellent school. We initially felt we would move before our kids go to high school, but now we feel we can stay and still ensure a great education for our kids. "
