Each cabin is setup to accommodate two people upstairs in an adorable loft with each cabin having a matching Log construction Queen Bed, with room on the main floor for an additional pull out couch to sleep a minimum of 4 in each cabin. Each cabin has waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in the main area, vinyl tile in the bathrooms and carpet up and into the lofts. These cabins were thoughtfully "Mirrored" in their construction so both kitchens face the river from the kitchen sink, Both entry doors face the stairs that take you to the common deck platform everything is built upon. The main platform that these cabins are built on was surveyed and built above the 100 year High flood plane mark. Water service is provided by a 1hp Jet Pump and expansion tank providing excellent fish cleaning water pressure at the river side cleaning table. Beyond the fish cleaning table the jet pump services further filtration and into each cabin for the Kitchen Sinks, Vanities and Full size Showers. Outside between the raised Cabin platform and the river is a approx. 12x12 light penetrating platform with seating, a fire pit and a Lifetime Polyurethane all weather shed for all your Coats and foul weather gear. Also included in the sale and stored within the Gear shed are 2 Pressure canners and a Coleman double propane burner for all your long term canning fish processing. This sale will include the following items: 1- 21' Willie Predator Aluminum River boat with 5-Fishon chairs, and a 40hp Mercury 4-stroke efi motor. 1-1990 Campion 210 Discovery ocean boat with sleeper on EZ Loader double axle trailer. 1-1989 35' 5th wheel Camper(sleeps six), 1-2005 VW Passat station wagon, RV Camping spot for 5th wheel camper, Passat, and guest camp tent. "I think it is important to note that people drive fast even on side roads and through neighborhoods. If kids are going to play outside you will need to put up a blockade or have a fence for them to play inside of. "

Close to schools and Kenai shopping. Well maintained paved roads and city services. Single entrance to neighborhood means no drive thru traffic."
