The rent will be $1,400 a month. The first months rent of $1,400 and a damage deposit of $1,400 will be required to move in. That means a total of $2,800 will be required to move in. No utilities are included in the rent. Utilities are the tenant's responsibility. No appliances are included except for a stove and a refrigerator. A washer and dryer will need to be supplied by the tenant. There is washer and dryer hookups available in the laundry room. This home has central heating and air. No pets allowed. It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
