Enjoy living Florida's lifestyle living at it's best! Easy access to shops, fine dining, Honeymoon Island, Curlew Road, Hwy 19, Banks, Groceries, downtown Dunedin, downtown Clearwater, Hospitals, medical facilities and only a short drive to Clearwater Beach! Water, Sewer & trash is included in rental. First month's rent and equal security deposit apply. One small dog ok with $350NR pet fee. There is a one time HOA application approval fee of $50 per adult and a one time security deposit of $250 that goes directly to the association upon approval. Please allow 10 days for HOA approval.

Safety Harbor dog park, Enterprise, John Chestnut, and Bicentennial are great parks that are 5-15 mins from the heart of Palm Harbor. "
