About this House

BEST LOT IN THE PARK!
This home is located in a friendly community that includes retirees, young families and singles with fabulous amenities that include a community pool, clubhouse, gym, basketball courts, park, recreation area and even private security all for a low monthly space rent (approximately $400).
The house was recently refinished with new paint, new flooring, new granite countertops in the kitchen, new marble countertop in the master bathroom and top of the line appliances (fridge, washer, dryer, etc.).
Living in this home is unlike any other mobile home park space that can feel claustrophobic. Due to the lot location/size and position of the house, you will enjoy complete privacy while experiencing amazing sunset views from the oversized porch or yard. To top it off, this home includes a 2-car garage and 4 additional parking spaces right in front of the house.
Since we are moving quickly due to job requirements, we were unable to finish planned upgrades that include a very large patio cover (in addition to the existing one), ground cover (cement and decomposed granite), grass/sprinkler system (already completed as seen in the pictures) and a large salt water pool (24'x12' seen in pictures). Since we paid for the permits and purchased most of the materials (all materials for the patio cover and the pool), we can finish the upgrades for the buyer or include the materials/pool for additional price that can be included in the purchase.
Priced well below the estimates, comps and valuations, we would like to sell ASAP and since we are selling the home without a realtor, we can easily make a deal that works for everyone.
