Nice quiet complex located close to Central Arizona College, Fry's grocery store and many other restaurants and business. Winchester Rd Apache Junction, AZ 85119 for an application, showings of the inside of the apartment and have questions answered about renting the apartment. Water, sewer and trash is included in the rent. Rent is $880 per month and the security deposit is $500. All of AJ Apartments are non smoking and no pets are allowed. It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
