2 bedrooms upstairs, master includes 2 large closets, and second bedroom has 1.5 closets and a view of the woods. Full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs.

Kitchen includes electric oven and range with microwave and a dishwasher. Upstairs laundry room includes clothes washer and dryer.

Dining room is spacious with breakfast bar. Sunken living room with hardwood floors. Large sliding patio door to private back deck. Leads to a large shared quiet back lawn and the woods.
Mini-split AC unit added to living room since photos were taken. Master room window AC unit will be included as well.

Unfurnished apartment, but some items can be provided upon request including: Dining room table, Bed Frames and Mattreses (Full & Queen).

Use of wood fireplace is prohibited by tenants under any circumstances.

(Tenant pay for heat and electricity.)

1 pet only allowed with reference from prior housing and approval of application.

    "Cost of living is much higher than the stats available on the Internet. Salaries are low and employees are expendable. VT has a caste system, where there are millionaires and a huge welfare population who flourish. The middle class struggles to hang on, paying for e erroneous else. The place is scenic, but I wouldn't recommend moving there. We are thankful that we made it out of there. "
