This is an older home and it does have a lot of older home charm. It has a large beautiful front porch. The main floor has the living room, din groom, kitchen, home office a full bath with sliding glass door to the back deck and large yard. The second floor has a 2nd full bath and 3 large bedrooms with lots of closet space. The laundry & storage in the full basement are very spacious with lots of possible uses. This home would be great for a large family.

Our leases are for 1 year with multiple year renewal possible after wards.

The street is about 3 minutes to the community college and close to the highway to Cleveland, about 25 minutes away. We love our neighborhood so much we recently bought a ranch home up the street."
