About this House

Exterior Features: Yellow aluminum sided home with brown trim. Home has a small front yard and a large backyard; there is a nice tree in the front yard. Soffits and eaves need repair, however, gutters and downspouts are present but will need to be put back in place. Roof doesn't have any shingles and will need repair. All windows are wood framed and boarded. There is a huge gravel parking area to the right of the home and there is a two-car garage facing the back alley ??? it is in very good condition. Interior Features: Downstairs - Living area has boarded up windows. Like a majority of the home the walls have been taped and bedded and are ready for texture and paint. Also, like the rest of the home the floors are hardwood but will need to be refinished. Dining area has bay windows; it is also in the process of being rehabbed. Ceilings are nice and tall before. There is a bedroom adjacent to the living; this room has a nice sized closet , which is located underneath the stairway. Here there is a nice six-panel door leading into this bedroom as well as bedroom #2. This bedroom has new some new electrical fixtures. Bathroom has been completely gutted and is ready for rehab. This room has no toilet, tub, or sink and will need drywall. The same goes for the kitchen, this room needs drywall as well and there are no cabinets, countertop, or sink. Upstairs ??? The kitchen has some drywall upstairs. There is a linoleum floor in place here, which will need to be removed. Both kitchens, upstairs and down, have very large pantry areas. There is a bedroom adjacent to the kitchen. It has hardwood floors and some new electrics have been put in. Bathroom has no toilet, tub, or sink and will need drywall work. The dining room walls have been taped and bedded, they are ready for texture and paint. There is a room adjacent to the dining but it does not have a closet.
