The fee varies between $10-$75 per pet per month depending on the age, size and breed of the pet. Renter's insurance is required if tenants have a pet.

    "There are dogs and cats , squirrels, birds etc. here. There are a lot of families with children. Many people walk the neighborhood. Some people have golf carts they drive around the area. Dog owners are responsible and keep their dogs leashed or in fenced yards. The homes here are well maintained."
